Open any profile and click on "View all events" button below the calendar at the right. There will be shown all events including past events. Past events has a gray icon.
You can navigate through events by calendar at the left, changing months with left and right arrows.
Also, here you can edit the custom occupations in your calendar, they are the Private events.
